Joyfully Simple Family Games ("the app") is built by John Barkis, operating as Joyfully Simple. This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect.
Joyfully Simple does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The app works entirely on your device. No account is required. No data leaves your phone.
The app saves a small amount of information locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This includes your card color preference, your current position in each game's prompt list, and whether you have completed a purchase. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
The app offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full access. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information.
The app does not use analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or any other third-party data services.
Joyfully Simple is designed for families and does not collect any information from children or adults. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
